Varjupaikade MTÜ was established in 2007 and it comprises of five animal shelters located in Viljandi, Pärnu, Võru, Valga and Lääne-Viru Counties.
The goal of the non-profit association is to help lost animals get back home, find new loving families for abandoned or stray animals and notify people about the importance of spaying or neutering and marking animals. We cooperate with other similar institutions and local authorities. We have organised fundraising events and study days and prepared informational materials about how to keep pets.
